1983 Fusca

Hi,
Newbie here, so please be patient.

I recently bought a 1983 VW Fusca from Brazil. I’ve stripped out the interior and in trying to order replacement parts cannot seem to find the right compatible years to a German model. Does anyone have any experience with a similar Fusca they can share? Thanks in advance.

If you are looking for interior parts such as gauges and dash, I believe the 1983 Brazilian fusca is unique with its square gauges. The Brazilian fusca has the smaller windows from pre-1966 US beetles, among other differences. For many interior pars I am afraid you are stuck sourcing them from Brazilian bug shops, such as:

Thanks, everyone. I spoke with one of the companies in Brazil earlier today. I believe I was able to find the interior parts I need (plus a few more).
