I put the roof back on. The reinforcements and the air box are glued to the roof. There are now a bunch of weld spots to be made around the outside again.

Thanks, Peter.

After several meters with thousands of weld spots, the roof is back in place. Very satisfying. Of course, there are many tiny bumps, but a thin layer of bodyfiller will cover them up.

A long time ago, when I wanted to remove the handle and lock from the tailgate, I couldn't separate them. I had to cut the lock open. The thread was damaged.

After all the bodywork, it was time for a little change. I welded some metal onto the broken thread, turned it off, and cut a new thread.

A very very tiny step forward. Laughing

@Barryl. Thanks, but with a few tools, anyone can do it

The next steps will take place downstairs again. The pipes for the heating still need to be installed, and there are a few weld spots here and there. And some weld spots still need to be sanded down. That makes it very comfortable.

It's a shame that it's getting cold again. I would have liked to play around with some paint.
