To save some people time:
Zweimotorig (Two-engined/Twin-engine - likely the title/caption)
With this peculiar load I drove the route Munich-Düsseldorf back and forth. The other motorists were partly astonished, partly amused. Despite the high load, I did not have the slightest breakdown.

Where is this? Izmir?
Edit: yes it's Izmir. This was intriguing me, because that tramway was made in and typical for the GDR! For this scene would have been in the GDR, so much beetles at one time would never have been seen.

Not exactly hi-def, but found two mid-sixties Beetles in my neighborhood's archive. Black bug is unknown date; the green is 1965. I need to go find the guy who drives a black beetle around from time to time and see if this is him!
Binus Corvair wagon... which is also how you find the green bug: above the Corvair.

Labeled as Kongsberg (Norway) but those mountains are too big to be Kongsberg in my opinion. |
