not to tag on to this post, but it's topical. Does this look like a 3 fold? I understand it to be an early 55, and have so far only seen photos... not in person. Maybe some of the rails are broken/missing?

Square corners on header too. |

no, but its very possible those bungee cords are pulling the bows down
or the bows are bent/collapsed _________________ drive your split. |

Agree ^^
Almost looks like the main bows are missing.
The size of the opening in the roof looks about right too. |

Front to rear length is 1155mm. I didn't measure the width; do you need that too? _________________

| Thanks for the information Bruce. The webasco sunroof was too wide and too long in the Mercedes I found to fit a beetle. |
