Anyone have a picture of how this clamp/support attaches to the chassis? I have the parts but I don't see anywhere to mount them. This is the last step to complete my exhaust/heat system and I can't figure it out....

I'm starting to think that those supports go under the heat exchanger hose clamp. I'll give it a shot tomorrow and see if it works out.

It attaches to the upper engine tin toward the front when installed in the car. It'll be one of those holes without a square nut tacked in place. I hope this helps. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

Thanks Bob. I found where the fresh air pipe attached to the engine tin, but these clamp/supports for thr flexible fresh air hose didn't have a threaded hole or anything. They look to be made to stand upright on the very rear of the heat exchanger where the steel flex tube attaches with a band clamp. So I loosened the clamp and the fresh air support fit just right in that spot under the clamp. It was even arched to fit the clamp. That aligned the fresh air flex hose perfectly to connect to the inlet at the heat control box.

I actually got them about 4 years ago from JBugs: https://www.jbugs.com/product/500-7730-SP.html
For tires I went with these: https://www.performanceplustire.com/Tires/Vitour_Galaxy_R1
155's in the front and 165's in the rear. I lowered the front 2 outer splines and the rear 1 outer spline.
Hoping to have it running for the first time in 10 years Thanksgiving weekend. Right now the carbs are laying out on my kitchen table but everything else is good to go.

Yeah that's looking really nice. Perfect height adjustment I'd say.
