Today I found this steering wheel that looks Porsche to me. It has a removable top. No emblem. Thanks in advance!

I just say a wheel very similar but all black on a 68 targa 911 on barn finds.com
Same knurled hub but with a horn bottom.

That is a VDM 901 400mm steering wheel with a hockey-puck horn button, for a 1965 to 1968 911 and 912. If original, under the horn button on the center hub, you will find the VDM logo and a date stamp. Also, if the center hub is aluminum, that would date it as an early steering wheel; the hub was changed to steel mid-1965 due to safety concerns.
