I had my car on ebay because I had to pay some emergency bills and get my business started or I would not be selling my split. This guy bids on the last day, He called first. I shouldn't have allowed a Zero bidder to bid on Egay but.....I need the money. Well the day after the auction I get this email:
Hey Matt!!! I have to give you an apology for wasting all that time. I know that I messed up by bitting because I liked the Bug; however, I already own a type 2 and a bug kit car, so after talking to my spouse we decided it was not logical to make this move. Last night, I tried to take back the bitting, but I was unable to. There was no way to back off the bitting once it was in. I hope you can sell it to the other bitter before me. My apologies and I asure you that I will not go into the EBAY site any more while I still have 2 cars. Good Luck!!!!!!!!
No thats not cool CArlos. WE are not homies and you wasted a week of my time and cost me fees because you are an idiot?!?!?!

Try the "back up bidder". Explain the deal and offer a "second chance".
Usually, that guy gets cold feet also, but it's worth a shot. |
