im looking for a vintage childs car seat. the seat is basic it is a cloth type seat that just has a metal type frame through it and just slides over the back of the rear seat with two small arms. if anyone has one or any idea where i can get one let me know. oh im not goin to actually use this just for show . something like the sundrop has.!!!!! Rolling Eyes

eBay, flea markets, estate sales. Estate sales are good hunting grounds for oddball stuff like that. I cleaned out one when I used to live in Michigan for all sorts of old 60's food packages, containers, and any sort of general stuff for when I get my westy one day.

Our kids rode in car seats like that (as did I ).
If you tried that today, the little tyke would be DEAD within the first two miles.
God, I must have hated my kids ( and my parents, me). Embarassed
