Pictures needed Please!

I am going to get the engine tin powder coated tomorrow - I have been told which pieces that are really needed (former post on Manx website) but I just cant get it through my brain... Is it correct to assume that if you use the 1) doghouse 2) top cylinder tin 3) tin on top of the pushrod tubes and 4) two front small pieces from exhaust to lower pully
...... is that all that is needed? the bottom ones, curved from front to rear are not needed?

Guess that I am a visual person, some pictures would really help.

At bare minimum you should have the fan shroud, cylinder covers (pieces that the shroud bolts to). If you have the dog house type shroud (oil cooler sticks out to the outside) you should have the cover for the cooler. The piece that hooks to the alternator. Highly recomended the lower cylinder sheet metal that goes under the push rod tubes and attaches to the cylinder covers in the front. From what I can remember you have an aftermarket dog house type shroud. That was a couple weeks ago, it's hard for me to remember back that far.

You know this is going to mess up your carb linkage adjustment.

You definitely want the deflectors on the bottom
between the cylinders. If you go over to the
performance forum and ask, you'll get some
great answers on what's needed to keep your
engine nice and cool, or what's needed to get
it to warm up properly.
