Hi

Just purchased a 71 super. Need ideas on exterior mods and/or wheels. Any pics would be very helpful.

Thanks

I don't mean to put you on BLAST cause I see that you are new to TheSamba, but you did realize that there is an entire section of the gallery devoted to SuperBeetles, right?

http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/album_cat.php?cat_id=27

170 pages, 20 pics per page, that's 3400 pictures. I'm sure that there are some modifications and wheels that might interest you.

Check out this crazy mod I saw when I opened up the page

Go to: http://www.volkswarenhaus.de/bugselecta.htm

You can try various combinations to see which one you like best. Good luck.

The "Pink Lady" was THE custom Beetle back in the 80's.

Like it or dislike it, it set the bar for full custom 20 years ago.

Glenn--

I hate to tell you, the 80's were bad all the way around. The only good thing to come out of the 80's was the Reagan administration, and even that wasn't so hot.

You can't have strippers and brass poles without big hair bands.
