enkiel i think that is a regular cassette tape and not an 8 track. if you enlarge the picture you can see the outline of the way you are supposed to put the cassette into the player. i am a big 8 track kook myself and i have about 300 in my storage unit of a lot of rock, jazz and reggae 8 track tapes. i have a few players too but none that would go into the dash of either of my vws only below it.
