I'm trying to make this picture http://www.thesamba.com/vw/images/random/bus10.jpg large enought to use as a screen saver. I've got adobe photo deluxe, and can't seem to get it without destroying picture quality. any one have any tips?

Sorry, but you're out of luck.
Since this is a part of what I do for a living, I think I can answer your question.

The image is currently 207 X 150 pixels (or about 1.4 X 1 inches) at 150 spi. About the largest you can reasonably go with that image is 2.9 X 2.1 inches. Same number of pixels (or samples as in "spi" since I bet you were wondering) but resampled down to 72 spi, which is a standard for monitor viewing of an image to see it accurately sized.

Becuase it was taken with no qauilty image, when you try to relarge it it just shows the pixels becuase you can't change the quality of the photo by software only the camera it came off of.

You could try cropping a larger image out of this:

But it's still not really big enough if you want a full-screen image.
