ABS BRAKESAFE, anti-skid braking, accessory system

Does any one have any knowledge or experience, of an after-market, anti-skid system, called ABS BRAKESAFE, described as being quick and easy to retro-fit to existing vehicles, which was known to have been marketed during the mid-1990s?
