My 72 Bus has a 78 Type 4 motor in it and an automatic 3 speed transmisson. My neutral safety switch is acting up and I need to replace it. Unfortunately, I have searched here and on line and have come up with nothing. I think that the switch is from a 78 but am not sure. The switch is about 2 inches long, 1/2 inch wide, and mounts next to the gear selector on the floor. It has 4 wires connected to it. Ignition on the front, and reverse lights on the back end. It also has 3 pairs of contacts on it? Does any one recognize this switch and know where I can purchase a new one? Thank you for your replies!
