kinda-sorta, but not really!
A lug bolt with a flange on it! Wink

But I do use a regular bolt with a washer on it! Confused
the earliest ones were made out of a lug bolt with a thick washer welded to it. those are rare. I would trade four later ones for one early one....
Maybe I bust out my MIG and start cranking out forgeries!
--Dan

LOL.
there are some details that would make it fairly difficult to pass off a fake as an original. the first of which is that it was not welded with a MIG welder.

I have one of these nuts, and I have only ever seen one other in the three dozen or so '58 walkthrough buses that I have seen. now where did that '58 walkthrough panel from reno nevada end up?......

I've sold those for $25 each a bunch of times.

Damn! I didn't realize they'd be a grip....maybe that's why I can never find one... Laughing (at swap meets)

They are so rare I bought a whole bus just to get mine...
