it was listed for 5000 or 5500. dont know what they ended up agreeing on tho. Confused

Here's one on my '69. The word around town is that they were a dealer installed accessory, not available in most dealerships.

$5000 was a nice price... that's an awesome bus. When I saw it pop up in the classifieds, I got excited. When I saw it was sold after an hour, I was pissed.

I have a set of chrome late 70's Champagne Edition overriders NOS in the VW box around here somewhere. Still haven't decided if I want to put them on one of the buses.
