Sticky or not, Gene berg is currently out of stock. I have one back ordered and they say that the new run will be ready soon.

This is magnesium round sump from an early 50's Porsche 2 piece case race engine... now on an Okrasa Joe Ruiz is building. There are aluminum reproductions of this sump available from Chris Morely I think.

I've tried to get in contact with Kobus to buy one of these. Do you have contact information to this Chris Morely?

There is a bit more to it than just the case... Inside this case is a sheet metal windage tray... and you will also need a drain plug and the big gasket around the outside.

I don't have Chris's email.... sorry. He should be easy to find though.

Does anyone know the origin of these sumps?

Peter-

They can be a little slow when it comes to answering email. I realize that it would be very expensive for you, but I just call.

Please be advised that they make these sumps in batches. I think I waited 6-8 weeks for mine.

Paul

Hi Peter
I made a new piece of aluminium with the 36 hp boult pattern and welded it in in the deep sump.
