Jail bird
A Florida woman went to bizarre lengths to procure enough money to buy a classic 1964 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. The 35-year-old woman was arrested and now faces grand theft charges for allegedly stealing a rare greenwing parrot (far left) from her employer, the Associated Press reports. It's claimed she smuggled the bird out by hiding it in her bra. Authorities say the woman planned to use the bird (which would fetch about $2700 in the US) as a trade-in on the car. But it all came unstuck when the car's owner realised the bird belonged to his friend - the woman's employer.

What would I do for a Karmann Ghia?????? Eat a Klondike Bar perhaps?? Certainly not go the route of Grand Theft Parrot!!  At least she has take in automobiles!!!!
