Christian. explain the chrome trim on the nose. I see cars with one bar, two bars, even three bars. Which is correct? Did it change over the years? |

How many of these cars are left out there and where are they mostly located?
If it is that rare I am sure your aware of the hazards of driving it around to include the human carjacking element..sorry to say..so just be careful. _________________ 1967 Type1 Zenith Blue |

I don't think he needs to worry about carjackers in Germany. _________________ Kevin "Wiggy"

Well carjacking may have been a poor term to use, but nonetheless the human element remains...no matter what country your in. _________________ 1967 Type1 Zenith Blue |

HI,
the 1 chrome trim in front is in Europe for the license plate. The cars that went to the us had 2 or 3. they did not have a licence plate there. This was typical oversee. I do not know at the moment were more Rometsch are - but i think more Beeskow are here in Europa ( we have 4 old Beeskow cars here in Europa ) and on old type is in the US. We have in our collection 3 Beeskows and 4 other Rometsch.

That car is truly fantastic. Congratulations!
To answer an earlier question...I think there are 17 Beeskows in North America, 12 in Europe, and one in Japan.... something like that anyway |
