I have always loved VW's of all types. I often feel a certain distance between the Eurovan and the Vanagon owners. Don't get me wrong, I love them all but i would like to find a place where I might talk with more Euro owners for tech assistance if needed with my 93 Euro. I wish the Samba had separated the two like splits and bays. No where near the same but in same catagory? Any help would be appreciated, Dave.

My little brother has gotten quite a bit of Eurovan help over at VWVortex (linked above). The forum doesn't generate nearly as much traffic as this one, but maybe that's not a bad thing! Smile You are likely to get your questions answered there.

I Have always felt bad about the Eurovan owners on this board, but it was this way for Vanagon owners a couple of years back.
When I got my Westy, Vanagon questions didn't get answered, they could sit all day and not get a responce.
Randy in Maine was about the only person who would answer questions on a regular basis and he did it because he's that nice of guy, and he could help a few of the aircooled people like myself.
It's going on three years now and look how many people post about their Vanagons now.
I used to get excited when two or more users were browsing the forum, now it's normal to see ten or more.
Eurovans and Vanagons are lumped together in one forum because not many in the VW community give much of a sh*t about them, but EV was smart enough to include everybody.
So what I am getting at is there really isn't a great place for Euro information, but everything is in place here to start one,
This forum could always be split, Euros and Vanagons are two differant beasts, I myself don't know very much about Euros, don't have anything against them, just have never worked on one.
If you have some Eurovan info. Post it!
Just make a cool mod on your Euro? Post it!
Just get back from an excellent trip in your Eurovan? Post it!
I think you see where I'm going with this...
