I think I will leave out on Thursday after work @ around 8ish? so Springfield will be plenty for me after driving 300-350miles on my work route that day. It takes 3-1/2 hours to get to springfield for me.
I will be in Eureka friday night

Daniel, you should definately go to Eureka. Its a long drive for you, but one of the best shows in the area. I'm up for leaving in the Springfield carabus.

I sold the kombi in less than 24 hours of placing the ad, so I need to build an engine asap. I'll probably stick the bug's engine in the westy worse case, but I'll be there. Just took the bus camping in the woods this weekend. Everything went fine... Daniel, heard you broke a spindle on the scab?

The other weekend Brian and I went up to Hanibal and nearly passed through Columbia to get an MG parts car.

O we go like 120 MPH, so you might want to beef up your engine. Really if your rolling 55-65 I think you will be fine.

There is a bus on this web site / commercial that bares a close resemblance to Kevins old red bus. O wait a minute it is Kevins bus, with a little help from from Photoshop.

I guess they kind of did? They asked him if they could take a pic of his bus, I dont think Kevin knew what it would be used for. But what would he get out of raising a fuss about it? The volkswagen dealership here use my Thing for a commercial and all I got was a stupid Jetta T-shirt.

NEVER TOO LATE. We may not all have convoy at once but we shall all be at the Mark Twain Lake soon. I may have to ride on the roof of the last VW that passes by but I will get there (BNWNTA.)
