Is there anyway to find out what dealership my bug came from

What to title says. Im pretty sure it came from around kannapolis,nc.

I've never heard of any resource that would let you for sure where they came from. I think you'd have to make your best educated guess - Here's a link to the Dealerships:

thanks for the info. i think it came from Henderson Motor Co., Inc. its about 10 min from kannapolis

The birth certificates sometimes state the delivery destination. My vert says Charleston, which is very near where I found it. My '65 says Jacksonville, and it came from Brundage (Brumos) Motor Cars in Jax. Another only says USA, though it was sold new in Tampa. It's a crap shoot, but the BC may narrow it down some....
