I know I must be missing something simple here but I can't seem to get the front seats out of my brother's Thing that I'm working on. I can get them to slide all the way forward but something is holding them from sliding completely off. Any help is appreciated.

| I had the same problem,,,There's a metal tap that has to be pushed down. it's located on the front part of the cars seat rail under the slide..... |
