i don't think anyone makes one anymore? i have a kent-moore tool one of the last they made i think 95 or96 they stopped making them.i found mine used on ebay.if you don't do a lot of motors i would just pay rimco or your local vw shop to do it it usally run's $40.00 or so.if you do find one make sure it's not worn out most have seen a lot of case's and are not accurate any more.it's very frustrating to put a motor together and it won't spin! steve
