I recently bought a decal package off of Ebay to replace some of those I lost due to a repaint of my 84 Westfalia. While I was able to recall the location of some of these decals, there are many that were already removed by previous owners. In looking through the Gallery and "For Sale" forums, I can see that there are 2 or 3 decals that are located behind the drivers door area (not the water hookups; I have those installed) that look to be about the area that would warn or decribe the propane tank perhaps.
Does anyone have a clear picture of this side so I can make out the decal(s), and their precise location?
Thanks in advance.
UPDATE: Found "RC CAMPMOBILE's pictures of his 91 Westy, were he posted pictures of decal locations for his 91. That answered the location for 2 of my decals ("DELTA SIX INDUSTRIES 110/125 VOLT... and CAP MUST BE SECURELY IN PLACE....)
But I have a few others that I suspect are placed on the propane tank itself? They refer to "Cautions about overfilling when liquid appears", and and "SA" motor home round decal, and a large "WARNING! decal that talks about piping, before turning on gas, after turning on gas, and when gas supply is disconnected. All these are on one large decal.
Any thoughts on where these go? _________________ Current VW drives: 1984 Westfalia
