I've only seen gray on e-bay once for an NOS set and I missed the ending. I need gray for my '65.
As a test I prepped a set of Brazilaian (cheap) running boards that have the harder rubber or vinyl mat (the $20.00 boards) and lightly primed / painted them with a flex ajent in the paint and put them on a parts chaser of mine two years ago and they've held up well including through a Chicago winter. I'd assume you could simply use a Gray spray on interior / vinyl top dye with a lot less hassle. I did the sunroof cover of my '63 seven years ago and it too has held up fine. _________________ Midwest Autosavers, Inc. Woodstock, IL |

Critter, if you want to go the dye route, check out the SEM product line.
