I'm lowering my 1970 westy 4 inch front and 2 to 3 inches in the rear. Am I going to need shocks for a lowered front and rear end or will stock shocks be O.K.

Stock shocks wo'nt have enough travel. I'm running KYB Gas Ajust on the rear,KYB Silvers on the front of my 71Deluxe. DavidK.

lowered shocks designed for type1 beetle link pin work great, oil shocks ride better, but if you want a firm ride gas adjusts are cool..
