Anyone know what color this 55 is. Radium Green? Im thinking of Painting my 52 beetle this color.

I dont know but thats not Radium green, looks like a "dark" Palm green.
Radium green is a metalic base light green.

Probably Not Jade Green either huh! I wonder if it's even a stock preA color? looks too dark for Palm green. though?

If I remember the Excellence article correctly. The owner/builder searched high and low for a neat Pre-A color and settled on a VW color code claiming that it would have been POSSIBLE to have the car painted in that color from the Porches factory, even if not probable.

If you like, I'll run through my back issues for you and find the article.

I own a Radium Green 356 Pre A and that's not the colour in those pic's

mine is a more fresh light Met Green it matched a Toyota Green from the 80's as a perfect match..

I too own a Radium Green '51 that's at the metal shop. Soon to be painted. What year/car/model Toyota is the paint code you got that from so I can confirm???
