Battery Charger

I'm getting a battery charger and wonder if anyone had any suggestions. I would rather spend a bit more money to get a really good charger but I have no desire to spend more than necessary. I'm not looking for a trickle charger but one I can use to charge a low/flat battery and also an engine starter. It would be grand to find something that would charge flooded car batteries and also AGM & GEL batteries. I'd like a non-manual automatic shutoff charger.

this one is if you have two batteries and want to charge both of them

this is a nice unit if you want to have an inverter with your charger but it is a very expensive
