Hey Glenn. Did you have one of those too? I had one in California and another in Japan. In Japan it is called a "LIFE" You didnt need a jack to change the tires. Just 2 people lifted up oneside and set it on some blocks.. Wouldnt go more than 50MPH... But the tires only cost $10 in those days.

Did you mean ARE a way of life? As in "Volkswagens are a way of life?" or "Volkswagen. A way of life."
