Nothing to do with starched shirts; I don't know what the proper name is. I'm talking about the little rings that go under some of the screws in the interior, like for some carpet corners. It looks like KGPR has the screws (N113221), but I'm looking for a source of the collars. I appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks.

No luck at Ace. I know the mom and pop hardware that used to be down the road would've had everything, but those days are gone forever. I'll check Home Depot next time I'm out that way. Thanks for the suggestion.

Try an upholstery shop. That's where I got mine. There's a place here in town that is a bulk fabric store, and they sell auto/marine upholstery material. They had all the fasteners I needed. |

My local Home Depot sells them in various sizes in the bulk aisle - find the bin, bag & tag. |

Thanks man, I'm on my way to Canada! JK
There's a HD across town here, and I've spent so many hours there wandering the aisles I'd have thought it would have registered. Something goes first with age, but I forget what it is.

The item you are looking for is a fairly common piece of hardware. It's most common use is in cabinetry. It's used to keep screw heads from gauling the wood where srews are used to mount cabinets to the wall or to each other . They are called, finish washers. You can find them in most home improvement centers like Home Despot. They come in poly packs in the hardware department. |

Thanks for the info. Funny, my wife calls me the home despot.

If you want I can go up to my Canadian HD and get you the metric ones. I can put them in an envelope and mail them. |

Thanks for the offer, 70 140. Local fabric and upholstery places were no help, but sure enough, the local Home Depot has them... but only down to a size #6. Thanks to all you Sambanistas I now know the proper name for this hardware and was able to find a suitable substitute. They're not identical to the original washers, but they'll do the job. Little things like this make me really appreciate the OG quality. Hoping to install my top and interior (if it gets here ever) in time for a trip to Stone Mountain!
