I see they flont that hand rolled smoke in near every pic. Hilarious. Maybe that's why they designed Vanagons to be slow. It feels fast dude.... _________________ "Okay, so there's 6 beers and 5 of us. You know what this means don't you? 4 of you are going to have to leave."

Hey Art,
What magazine was that from? I'd like to read the report on the road test!

I remember Car and Driver did a road test on a '67 bus. They would give comparisons to other cars they had recently tested.
On the 0-to-60 test, the bus pulled something like 44 seconds. They listed this next to some rocket like the Shelby Cobra that did it in 7 seconds. |

Yeah I can believe that. I think they didn't try that with the Claer Bus. Or this one. Of course, A Shelby ???? http://youtube.com/watch?v=f3xLQjpQshY&mode=related&search= _________________ "Okay, so there's 6 beers and 5 of us. Salud,

I got a book from G.W. and it had tons of different reports about the vanaogn. I bet if I looked around I could even find it and tell you the books name. |

This certainly brings back the memories, but looking at that broad, I wonder how I ever survived the Free Love Era. If it weren't for all those creamy a-go-go dancers who, among other things, knew how to shave their legs, I might have ended up in a monastery.
