Where's the fun in that? No banging knuckles on the fiberglass? No body contortions just to get the wrenches in position to tighten a bolt? No blood? Wink

I like the direct tire-to-air-filter dirt transfer path on these! Perhaps some contortion is worth it! Smile

It doesn't happen often, I finished putting the new engine together and in the buggy at 2:00am and had to leave for Silver Lake at 4:00am. The engine install was completed on the trailer once I arrived at Silver Lake along with the cam break in. Then it saw 10 days of duning Very Happy

OK I am jealous. Pictures are my attempt at squeezing in IDAs on tall Berg manifolds with Jaycee stacks and NOS foggers. Didn't quite all fit.

Had to make inner fenders to protect carbs and nitrous plumbing, then had to cut out the back of the glass to clear the stacks

Made up some aluminum covers to go over the holes in the glass,

And now I'm thinking that I'll never be able to get to the jets, so might just cut out the top back half above the carbs and put on an aluminum wing.
