I have an 86 vanagon westfailia with the girling 60 calipers, and I'm wondering where I can find the 22mm bolts that hold the carriers to the hub? |

I'd say check with the local VW dealer. I know I've gotten caliper guide pins and the 10 mm bolts that hold them in place. Can't see the caliper carrier bolts being a problem for the stealer. _________________ '68 Autostick Bug Mom bought new

I think that he is looking to buy bolts for the custom audi brakes that can be modified for use in the vanagon. The clue is he mentioned girling 60 I was told that M16x70 is a better fit then the ones listed on the site. http://www.syncro.ca/tech/audibrakes.htm |

No, sorry I'm looking for the oem bolts. I know these vans came with ate and girling calipers, I thought they were girling 60 calipers, maybe they're called something else I don't know. Wasn't sure if they used different bolts or something. They're big old bolts with a 22mm head on them. I'll try calling the stealership tomorrow and seeing what luck I have with them. Or else try and find some new bolts or used ones from someone? |
