Cookie cutters on a Baywindow

Will a set of cookie cutters have the correct offset to work on a 70 Baywindow bus? I believe the wheels are a 15x7 and 15x6 but I have no idea what their offset is.

15x7's have a offset of 23mm, 15x6's have a 23mm offset. Laughing
