My cat is nearly expired. Seems to be less attentive to its job than normal.

Judging by the robustness of said feline, it may be running a little rich. And we all know that running rich will ruin a cat very quickly.

Doesn't look like that one is running at all. You might want to check the ash content in the exhaust.
