I have original Sprint Stars. They are gorgeous, but very heavy.
Does anyone know how much the repro, aluminum ones weigh? Are they any good or are they not round/bad bead area, etc.?

I'm running the 4-lug ones. Never weighed them but I can't tell you the finish was very nice, and I had no issues with mounting up new tires and them running true.
Decent wheel for the $. Got mine from CIP1. |

I just weighed a 4 lug T3 wheel at 16 lbs. I saw some VW aluminum wheel advertised at 11 lbs. You'd prolly save 20 lbs. for $800? _________________ https://imgur.com/user/FisherSquareback/posts

Mine are wide-five and they weigh well over 20 pounds a piece. I can't remember off the top of my head. I know that they weigh more than the gigantic aluminum wheels for 4x4s at the tire shop.
I'll probably go with plain racing wheels, but it would be cool to keep the Sprint Star look. |
