Dave Deal, the cartoonist has passed away. Im not sure if anyone has posted this yet...I did a search and didnt find it.

Dave has done a lot for the VW community, he's the guy who designed the AutoHaus logo, the BFY Flying Bus, did artwork for Scat, Gene Berg, Meyers Manx, the VW Classic and a whole lot more. Model kits of his bloated VW Beetle and Bus were made way back when... a super creative fellow who always made folks laugh with his works. More recently he has done some poster designs for French VW events.

He will be missed but his artwork and humor will live on!
