Can anyone tell me if I can convert to disk brakes on my swing axle trike? I have wide 5 bolt pattern. 1963 tranny, 1970 1600sp engine, drum brakes with no stopping power.

Yes, but you'll lose the wide -5 pattern unless you purchase the blank rotors and drill them yourself: http://www2.cip1.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=ACC%2DC10%2D4126%2DKT
