a thread in the other Split Bus forum led to the discussion of possibly reproducing the front shift rod "M" spring, which as far as i know are not currently made or available unless you somehow find an NOS one somewhere.

slight update on the status of them being reproduced.
i have contracted with a company to make 100 M shaped springs. estimated delivery time is 5-6 weeks (mid november).
costs will be $35 for one piece, each additional piece is $30. slightly better price break at 5 or more pieces.
1 piece: $35
2 pieces: $65
3 pieces: $95
4 pieces: $125
5 pieces: $150
6 or more: ask.
that price includes: USA shipping and any/all Paypal fees.
shipping outside the USA, please add $5 to the total.
at this time i am NOT accepting payment for these! right now i am only interested in compiling an email list of those interested.
please send an email titled "M SPRING", including your name, *how many you are interested in*, and your mailing address to: [email protected] and i will put you on the list.
please do not send me a PM
once the pieces arrive and i approve them, i will send an email to everyone who has contacted me as far as how to pay.
i am not going to take any payment from anyone until the pieces are in my hands.
this is the spring for the front shift rod bracket. spring only, not the entire assembly.
