34pict3 throttle arm

I need to replace the throttle arm on my 34 pict 3.
The head of the bolt on the barrel nut broke off, I tried drilling out the
rest of the bolt and ended up screwing up the throttle arm.

Question: Can you buy a replacement throttle arm for a Bocar 34pict3?
Or am I stuck finding an arm off a junk carb somewhere?
