What model they fit that part and what they do ??

'65 engines.

Fuel shut off so the carburetor doesn't diesel.

Eliminated in 1966 when the fuel pump was redesigned to have the shut-off built-in.

The one on the left is Type 3 with the extra connection for the dual carburetors. The other one is typically seen on Beetles.
