I always wondered if there was an actual Salt-Castle in Saltcastle, Austria…I see none in this panorama.

There is a Castle in Salzburg, but definetly not made of salt.

Cause if every japanese, american or italian tourist would lick on it they must change the name of this city after a few weeks..

So they decided to made the Festung Hohen Salzburg out of Untersberg marble and many other undelicious kinds of material and send all the tourist to the city of Hallein where they can lick down the hole Dürnberg saltmountain.

But why they still use the name Salzburg for Salzburg..hmm
