Kai,
That would be cool. We'll put a gas can with a hose on the pan and some lawn chairs on for seats and do burnouts in front of my house without the body on it
Please plan on coming by when you are here, it would be great to get together..... _________________ Even my nuts are plated.....

Looks real nice Eric. Interesting to see that car coming together, I was just working on your speedo about an hour ago.
Keep the pics coming, we want to see it all done in the end!!! _________________ John Henry

Started the motor today, after an hour or so of working out the timing, flipping the distributor drive gear ( I was off 180 degrees), carburetor adjustments, etc... the motor fired right up and is running like a champ... I think that balancing the rotating parts really makes a motor run smooth. This motor runs much smoother at idle and high rpm than my 36HP motor in my 'vert.
I am very happy now.... I'll warm it up over the next few weeks multiple times, check the valves and change the oil.
Now on to dropping the body on the pan _________________ Even my nuts are plated.....
