full flow oil pump cover?

will this work on my 40, i would like to use a bypass oil filter and dont really wanna drill and tap the case, what are your thoughts

This looks like a CB Performance Maxi 3 pump or a cheap copy.
Look on the posts for what other peoples experiences have been with the cheap oil pumps. Mine is a CB and has been well recommended.
