Some old guy came into my shop awhile back to see my VW's I have in the shop and he pointed at the 57 binz I have and said he had a pressed bumper RHD one long time ago and sold it in the mid 70's. Don't know if he was telling the truth but he knew what a binz was cuz he picked that one out of all the 23's and panels I got in the shop Shocked

So you have an actual 57 Binz? Care to share the VIN #?

This may be a dumb question, but where do you store the spare on a Binz? Is it under the bed like a SC, in a bracket? Inquiring minds gotsta know.

That could be the one. The person I talked to bought it over 20 plus years ago, just waiting on the pics

Here's a good price on a nice Binz.
If it was still on the West Coast I'd buy it...

I thought you already own a Binz ? If looking for another, You could probably negotiate this one down in price AND its in CA which should be easy transport for you.

Yes I do. No law against "collecting" though. I've seen both in person, and I'd rather have the one Glen is selling.

meh, so it goes. some people place conditions on a sale as to who or what they qualify as suitable buyers. we all know that once you accept the cash, it's no longer yours to do with it as you see appropriate.

I heard Derek was insistant that he sell it to someone who would immediately lower it and then flip it more cash. I think he wants to sell it to someone who has flipped dozens of busses in the past, someone who has experience with doing this. He would prefer a UK based buyer, if at all possible. That's what I heard atleast.
