ECU's are pretty cheap. Having the wiring harness included (if complete) could be well worth not getting a big hug from the seller. |

You are a-b-s-o-l-u-t-e-l-y correct. Let him/her keep his/her crappy engine and pay EBay listing fees over and over until he/she chokes on it.
There was no reason to be rude. A simple no would have been so easy.

Bad Attitude? I would rather spend my money with someone who wants it and is willing to have a decent attitude meaning there willing to work for it.
but that being said.....you get what you pay for.
You pay more for good customer service. I have had several experiences in which the product was great but the customer service was well below sub par.
If the engine is worth it. then go for it. It looks like a good engine with a harness. nothing more _________________ 89 Bostig powered syncro westy |

My guess is that he is talking about the engine wiring harness, and not the wiring harness in the car that connects to the computer. To do a swap you need both. |

Nothing special about the price, that is what they are going for at that millage. $800 being to expensive. That engine is just about due for head gasket, t-belt and all idlers. On top, no car harness.
If it was an 06-07 i would jump on it.... but sadly they are way more expensive.
In any U-pull you can get those with harness for around 200-300$

I got mine from Johns Subaru in Gaston, Oregon for $1200. Every part I needed, incl full wiring harnesses, ECU, new timing belt, air inlet, etc. etc. Guaranteed. When I did a reseal & job on it, I found a few things amiss, he IMMEDIATELY sent up replacement parts. |
