|
|
Hey All,
Just working my way into havingthe original intakes/oil bath/ etc. installed back on my bus, then I discovered this when I threw it in the parts washer:
cheezy repair job.
Is it worthwhile to attemp to get this proper or just source up a repalcement? I see a few on the classifieds, but sometimes theres trouble shipping these heavy items around (nobody wants to!)
Would you fix this or chuck it? _________________ May of '72 Deluxe. 2.0L L-Jet CS & 091 trans conversion

i would chuck that and find a replacement. contact keifernet, he may have some manifolds laying around.
and it's pretty lame if someone can't put that in a flat rate priority box and ship it for the $10.35 it's gonna cost. (edit: did not see you were in canada. still pretty lame if someone won't ship that to you.) _________________ thebucket: I invested in hoodride, now DBD won't return my call?
hazetguy: invested?
thebucket: Yeah Haze, its where people put money into a company in hopes of a return on their money

Wish I would have known you needed one when I sent your throttle plates back I could have used a different priority flat rate box and it would not have cost much more to send you one then.
Flat rate USPS boxes run around double the rate to Canada though. |
