I had to suffer through a Ringo Star concert with my long ago ex girlfriend and her parents back in '93. When thousands of middle age freaks were singing along to "we all live in a yellow submarine" I thought about commiting ritualistic suicide right then and there. Lets just say that the talent pool in that band did NOT include him!! I grew up on the Beetles White and Sgt Pepper albums and loved them. Then I discovered Slayer and The Misfits in '87 and it was all over...
