any major complications?
my major concern is that i don' know when bugs switched to ball joints. the front beam i will be using is a link pin.
does a 67 have a fuel fill flap or does it fill from under the hood like the 64?

How far back are you doing the "clip"?
Shouldn't be a problem between 64- 67.
67 was still old style fill tank under the hood no flap in the side/quarter.
Difference in front ends is not a factor, the body mounted to the beams in the same spot under the tank. |

How far back are you doing the "clip"?

guess i should have just sent you a PM 
the whole thing basically to the windshield.
pop's 64 took quite a hit in the front a few years ago.

I have actually never done the clip from front door posts forward as in that MAJOR of a front end hit. I have done dozens of half tank clips though and there are some pics in my gallery.
I'd do some careful measuring and see just how far back you have to go. |

That would be great then other's who have done the more radical surgery than I can weigh in on what they see. I know there are numerous threads on here showing front clip jobs as well. |
